Regina Elizabeth Dowdell
Regina is a digital-minded, marketing and PR creative with an entrepreneurial spirit focused on helping individuals and emerging companies change the world. Through effective communication, media engagement and a strong digital presence, Regina supports forward-thinking organizations, across all industries from non-profit to technology, spread their messages and scale. An avid traveler and self-proclaimed Cool Mom, Regina is based in New York City.
A Bay Area native, Calgary has been working at the intersection of innovation, culture, purpose and leadership for over a decade. She is passionate about new models for thriving and bringing purpose into our day to day lives and work. Calgary spent over 4 years with Impact Hub growing and leading the entrepreneurial communities in both the former San Francisco and Oakland spaces. Most recently, she worked on Google’s Executive Coaching Program team and immersed herself in leadership development and coaching. She worked alongside prominent thought leaders and top executive coaches globally, supporting over 1,000 senior-level Google leaders with Executive Coaching support. Calgary currently resides in Los Angeles managing her growing consulting practice that supports purpose-driven leaders and organizations on strategic partnership strategy and collaborations.
Joe Brenckle, M.Ed
A native of Ohio, Joe has been working in the educational and program management space for seven years. As the program manager for Move the Crowd, Joe oversees all course offerings, coaching opportunities, and client success for the company.
A former middle and high school music teacher, Joe worked in Student Affairs at Dartmouth college and Ohio University before joining Move the Crowd. His research on "Exploring How Student Activists Experience Marginality During Interactions with Student Affairs Professionals" has been published in the College Student Affairs Journal and he has continued his research on applying "French & Raven's Five Bases of Power to Restructure Perceptions of Power within Adult Development" for publishing. Joe is a former nationally ranked College Speech & Debate competitor, was named a 2018 Jim Rhatigan Fellow with the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, and was named Ohio University's Outstanding Leader in 2018.
Joe currently resides in Chicago, IL with his Partner. Joe has a Bachelors and Masters degree from Ohio University.
