Move the Crowd, LLC owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in and to the material presented and used in its digital and online courses, programs, and events (collectively, “Products”), and all intellectual property rights therein are the proprietary interest of Move the Crowd, LLC, and shall remain exclusively with Move the Crowd, LLC. You promise that any notes that you take or record will be for your personal and professional use only. You will not resell, license, disseminate, broadcast, create a derivative work, or otherwise distribute any of the materials presented and used in the Products without the prior written consent of Move the Crowd, LLC. Furthermore, you will not coach or attempt to coach other individuals by using the principles and methodologies employed in the Products without the prior written consent of Move the Crowd, LLC. Copying, duplicating, or otherwise reproducing assets from the Products outside of your participation and the associated learning is prohibited.

1. You may choose to pay for this product in one full payment or twelve monthly Autopay installments. 
2. If you choose to pay by Autopay installments, you must provide Move the Crowd, LLC with a current, valid credit or debit card or bank account information as form of payment as such may be updated from time to time, and complete the AutoPay Authorization process required by Move the Crowd, LLC.
3. Should any payment be declined, you agree to pay a $50 NSF (insufficient funds) fee and provide Move the Crowd, LLC, with an alternative form of payment. This fee will be charged in addition to any administrative bank fees for any returned checks, chargebacks, declined charges and late fees in addition to the amount of the Autopay installment payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. If for any reason your payment information changes, please contact us at [email protected].
4. Please note, if you purchased an annual course and membership and are using the monthly Autopay Installment payment option, you are purchasing the annual subscription and are accountable for paying the full price for the entire annual course membership (12 payments in total). Please be advised that your designated method of payment will be charged automatically each month on the same day for the monthly installment amount. 
5. If you are upgrading into the Thrive VIP Annual Membership from the Align Monthly Membership, it may take 5-7 business days for your upgraded subscription to process. If for any reason your upgrade period occurs on your monthly payment date, a US Holiday, or a weekend, and you happen to be charged for your monthly subscription in addition to your upgrade, you will be refunded $47.00 USD as soon as possible.

1. If you purchased a single payment Thrive VIP Annual Membership, you may cancel at any time during your 365-Day subscription to avoid a renewal and incur no additional charge once your initial year ends.
2. If you purchased an Align Monthly Membership, monthly payments are billed on a monthly basis and must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to being charged on your monthly billing date. If you do not cancel prior to this date, you will be billed and THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
3. If you purchased a Thrive VIP Annual Membership, one-time payments are billed on an annual basis and must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to being charged on your annual billing date. Your Membership is set to automatically renew on the 12-month anniversary date of your subscription. If you do not cancel prior to your designated renewal date, you will be billed and THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
4. Cancellations may be made via email or via the Subscription Cancellation & Renewal Request Form and following the cancellation instructions there.
5. Your cancellation must be received by the end of business (5:00 pm US Pacific Standard Time) on the appropriate day (i.e. at least 72 hours before your processing date) as described above. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after processing to return to your account. 
6. All refunds will be made to the bank card, credit card, or other method of payment used to make the original purchase, less the processing fees of the payment processor you choose at checkout. These fees vary from processor to processor.
7. Should you decide to cancel your subscription You may opt out of renewing your subscription at least 72 hours prior to your 12-month anniversary date, you can notify us by email ([email protected]) or via the Subscription Cancellation & Refund Request Form located here.
8. If you decide you do not want to renew your annual membership, you may cancel your subscription at any point within the 365-Day period and will still be given access to all assets of the program until your annual membership expires.
   
   

1. If you purchased this membership through the $1 14-Day Trial Option, you are allotted one 14-Day period to fully experience the membership. You may not purchase the $1 Trial Option more than once or by using a different email. Doing so will result in the immediate removal from the membership and/or a charge to your card for the full Annual Membership. If you have not canceled after 14 days in the trial, you will automatically be given access to the annual subscription of The Calling Membership, based on your chosen subscription plan at checkout, either monthly or the annual subscription, and will be charged for the full price of the annual subscription or monthly subscription without the option for a refund. 
2. You will receive a reminder about your trial ending on the 9th day of your trial subscription. We will notify you of confirmation of your request once you submit it via email or our Refund/Cancellation form.
3. If your payment method is charged because your subscription termination/refund was not processed prior to your billing date, you will be issued a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your request as long as it falls within the initial 14 day period.
4. Please note for annual subscription members, if you choose to end your subscription, it can take 5-7 Business Days but can take up to 10 business days to process a subscription cancellation. If your payment method is charged because your subscription termination was not processed before your designated cancellation date (i.e. 72 hours before the designated renewal date), you will be issued a full refund within 7-10 business days. We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you that your refund is being processed. If you cancel after the 72 hour window prior to your designated renewal date and your payment is charged, you will not be issued a refund and your subscription will renew.

These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been made in the State of New Jersey and any and all performance hereunder, or breach thereof, shall be interpreted and applied in the State of New Jersey. The parties hereto hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue exclusively in the State of New Jersey with respect to any action or proceeding brought with respect to these terms and conditions.
2. These terms and conditions contain all oral and written agreements, representations, and arrangements between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and no representations or warranties are made or implied, except as specifically set forth herein.  
3. Move the Crowd, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership if you engage violate any of these terms and conditions or act in a manner that is detrimental or disruptive to Move the Crowd, LLC and/or the other participants.
4. Move the Crowd, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting such changes on its website.
