Our first 30 days are devoted to giving you the tools and insights you need to define and achieve success on your terms. In this module we teach you how to create a passionate foundation for your life and your work that includes: radical authenticity, unapologetic profitability, and massive contribution and impact.

The Profit Curriculum

The next 30 days are focused on helping you create and/or strengthen your value aligned proposition in a way that is profitable. This is your offer to the marketplace that is derived from the change or transformation you seek to bring to the world. It incorporates: the what, the who, the how, and the how much.

The Purpose Curriculum

Our final 30 days are dedicated to helping you cultivate the winning strategy for bringing your purpose (i.e. your product, message and movement) out into the world in a way that is authentic, financially sustainable, and deeply impactful.

1. Can you give an overview of what the coursework entails?

The Passion.Profit.Purpose. Virtual Mastermind is a 3 month LIVE group coaching program that is designed to help you get clear about your purpose and focus on either the launch or growth of ONE product or service to get you out of your head and onto the court with your calling.

The course is built around 3 monthly (2 hours) training sessions which deliver the core principles and tools associated with clarifying your purpose, monetizing your offering, and helping you bring your unique message out into the world.

Each session is paired with homework assignments and a downloadable set of tips, tools and worksheets to help you apply these principles and tools towards your specific goals.

In between your monthly training sessions, you’ll work with your very own accountability buddy and participate in our private member group where you can ask additional questions and engage with the other participants in the course to encourage and motivate you as you move through this work.

2. Do I need to have to read The Calling already?

No. As a matter of fact, you’ll receive a copy of the book included with your course. The course material expands beyond the book, but there are specific areas where you will have assigned chapters as part of your homework to help deepen your understanding of a particular concept. If you’ve read the book, awesome! But, if you haven’t don’t worry, there is nothing you need to read before you sign up.

3. About how many hours will this take (I'm not sure I can fit it into my schedule!)?

• This 3-month coaching program is elegantly designed to give you maximum impact for your time and effort.
• Your program kicks off with the creation of a 90 day action plan using our signature mini course: Your Plan for Success (included in your program). This course takes about 3 hours to complete. It's a 5 module course and each module is about 30-45 mins work. This includes the videos which averages about 10 mins for each module.
• Your Monthly Live Training Sessions are only 2 hours. These sessions are highly interactive and engaging with about 75 mins of hardcore training and 30 mins of Hot Seats and Q&A.
• Your Monthly Homework Assignments take about 2-3 hours to complete. However, you will be working inside of your business, project, product or initiative so this will be more about applying what you are learning to what you would already be doing - this is not about extra work - it’s about supporting the relevant work you are already doing to support your product, initiative and/or business.
• For Additional Support, you have the option of an Accountability Buddy which comes with your program. You and your Buddy can determine how often and for how long you desire to meet. We recommend a 15 min check in once a week. The private member group is designed to support your questions in between training sessions and to give you access to other members in the community. You can engage here as you feel inspired to.

4. When we’re done are we expected to launch our business immediately?

• The goals you set through the program are totally up to you. If your intention is to launch your business through this course then we’ll support you in making sure that you’re launching in a way that feels inspiring and feasible. Our goal will be to make sure you’ve got the key elements in place. And that you’re choosing ONE game-changing milestone that you’ll be working on over the next 90 days.
• You will be supported around whatever you choose to focus on as it relates to your life and your purpose.
• You will also be given some guidelines on where you should focus within your 90 Day Action Plan based upon what you believe is most important in moving your idea, venture, and offering forward.
• You’ll also have an opportunity to add a Private Coaching Package to this course if you know that having an extra layer of support will enable you to launch with greater confidence and ease.

5. What if I am in corporate and not looking to leave or start my own business? How can this program help me? Or can it?

Absolutely - no matter what the context is- you have a purpose AND you are in business! 

If you work in corporate you can use this program to get clear about your definition for success and apply it to any industry you are in. You'd get clear about whether or not you are leveraging your full value when it comes to your compensation. For example, are there other opportunities that are more aligned with your passion and gifts that you should be going for? When it comes to your current role, could you be leaving money on the table? What are the most conducive conditions to you being able to thrive? These are just some of the questions we’ll be exploring in the work. 

You’d also get clear about how your job aligns with your purpose and cultivate a winning strategy that supports the difference you want to make in the company and in the world.

6. What if I cannot attend all the sessions?

We strongly encourage you to be present for at least 3 out of the 4 sessions. We do record the sessions but, the most powerful breakthroughs happen when you are able to engage with other members in the group.

7. What if I cannot attend any sessions but participate by watching the replays and submit the homework? Would this program be right for me?

We believe one of the most powerful aspects of this program is being in community while you are doing the work. In addition to the power of the curriculum itself - this is where the greatest breakthroughs and insights come from.
