Regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs, it’s important to foster a sense of trust in a higher power, because it is undeniable there is more to this existence than just us. You and I are creating all the time, but most of us don’t know it. Whether you manifest a million dollars or a parking ticket, it’s all creation at work.

Sometimes you initiate the creation, like when you ask for something you desire, like a raise or promotion. Sometimes life throws you a curveball with an invitation to improvise, like when you get fired from your day job, only to discover that your passion is to lead retreats all over the world, which ends up being far more rewarding and lucrative.

Either way, you are in a constant dialogue with a higher power—call it God, Source, the universe - doesn’t matter.

Furthermore, it’s easy to overlook the wealth we have in terms of relationships, opportunities, and even material wealth. It’s time to focus on the abundance that we as people often take for granted, rather than fixating on what we perceive to be lacking. By actively practicing gratitude, we create a positive cycle of abundance — attracting more of what we appreciate into our lives.
