Terms and Conditions

I. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: 

Move the Crowd, LLC owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in and to the material presented and used in its digital and online courses, programs, and events (collectively, “Products”), and all intellectual property rights therein are the proprietary interest of Move the Crowd, LLC, and shall remain exclusively with Move the Crowd, LLC.  You promise that any notes that you take or record will be for your personal and professional use only. You will not resell, license, disseminate, broadcast, create a derivative work, or otherwise distribute any of the materials presented and used in the Products without the prior written consent of Move the Crowd, LLC.  Furthermore, you will not coach or attempt to coach other individuals by using the principles and methodologies employed in the Products without the prior written consent of Move the Crowd, LLC. Copying, duplicating, or otherwise reproducing assets from the Products outside of your participation and the associated learning is prohibited.

II. PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Standard Event Price:

The price and payment options for this event are as listed. Should you possess a discount code for this event, you may add it in the discount code section at the top of your checkout form.  If your code is invalid or expired you will be responsible for paying the full price listed on our checkout form. If an installment payment option is available please be advised that once you select this option you will be responsible for the remaining automatic payments even if you choose not to attend the event. 

Minimum Suggested Price: 

This event is being offered at a minimum suggested price. This means that the price reflected in the checkout is the lowest price you can pay. You do have the option, using this interface, to pay more for this experience.  Your additional dollars will be used to support Move The Crowd’s freemium programs, special discounts, or other low-cost training.

III. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 

All purchases for this event are non-changeable and non-refundable. 

If you are unable to attend the event live, you will receive access to the recorded replay if included in your purchase. The replay will enable you to experience the event for a minimum of 72 hours once the replay is activated. You will be notified via email once the replay is active.  If you have not purchased the replay, you may have the option to upgrade your purchase to include the replay. Important: Be sure to read all of the terms and conditions associated with that event replay and level option before you purchase.

IV. EXPRESSED OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

Move the Crowd, LLC and any leader, speaker, coach, participant, contractor, employee, or vendor makes no assertion of knowing what may happen in the future economically or politically.  Move the Crowd, LLC any leader, speaker, coach, or any other member of Move the Crowd, LLC that you may hear speak in this live event is expressing experience-based opinions and based on those experiences, share insights only from their own perspective. You should do your own research into any economic changes, policies, financial policies, current news, politics, or any other independent factor that may affect you personally or financially.  We make no assertions to know the future economy or world state.

V. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER:

Move The Crowd, LLC seeks to engage highly motivated people who aspire to achieve through hard work and dedication. We’ve worked diligently to ensure that the promises of all of our content, products, and programs accurately reflect their ability to support your efforts to achieve your desired goals that are consistent with the program. However, Move The Crowd does not and legally cannot guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using our tools, methodologies, strategies, or recommendations and nothing on our Sites or in our product materials or otherwise is a promise or guarantee of future earnings.

VI. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO USE THE MATERIAL AND INFORMATION IN THIS LIVE EVENT SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK:

By purchasing this product you agree to take full responsibility for your results or lack thereof.  As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, relationship capital, and level of desire. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your earnings, venture profit, marketing results, increase in audience, or any other results. VII.  MISCELLANEOUS:

These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been made in the State of New Jersey and any and all performance hereunder, or breach thereof, shall be interpreted and applied in the State of New Jersey. The parties hereto hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue exclusively in the State of New Jersey with respect to any action or proceeding brought with respect to these terms and conditions.
2. These terms and conditions contain all oral and written agreements, representations, and arrangements between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and no representations or warranties are made or implied, except as specifically set forth herein.  
3. Move the Crowd, LLC reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Product if you engage violate any of these terms and conditions or act in a manner that is detrimental or disruptive to Move the Crowd, LLC and/or the other participants.
4. Move the Crowd, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting such changes on its website.
