Who are our people?

They go by many names – and they don’t fit in nice, neat boxes either. But for convenience sake, we’ll call them Cultural Creatives and Innovators. Hailing from a variety of sectors, this next generation is re-defining “work” as a vehicle for creative expression, financial freedom, and societal transformation. They are optimistic and opportunistic. They are fierce and they are fly. Wicked smart and ready to lean in, these movers and shakers want to make it happen on their own terms. Meet our 2013 Fall Cycle Entrepreneurs!

And while they all share this mindset, ethos and potential – they’re all at different stages of manifesting their True+Paid+Good reality. Typically, we work with entrepreneurs in one of three stages of development – Emergent, Established, or Experienced – and have designed training products, tools and services specifically for each category.

Which one are you?

  • Emergent Entrepreneurs

    You have an idea for a venture, but need a structure that will support you in clarifying your Vision, Mission and Purpose. And you want help devising a PLAN for getting there.

    You may identify with the “Golden Handcuffs” scenario – working the 9-5 (or 9-9) making money, but not living your passion.  Or you may feel like you’ve had an idea forever and are now you’re finally ready to “Take the Leap.”

  • Established Entrepreneurs

    Maybe you’ve been freelancing for a long time and have finally decided it’s time to level up. Perhaps you’ve already started your business with initial success, but you’re not yet profitable. You need support creating or refining your business MODEL so that you can Get Paid.

    You may have experienced yourself slipping into the “Martyr” role – devoting yourself to your passion, but not making any money. Or perhaps you’ve burnt out reaching “Plateaus,” with flat or decreasing revenue, or a market that’s been tapped out.

  • Experienced Entrepreneurs

    You’ve identified your market. You’re moving products, selling services and realizing revenue. But now you’re looking to scale your business to the next level. You need high level strategic support and leadership development to support the growth of your business.
